AirShock works in screened and open-hole wells of any depth. Just lower, fire, and raise.

Lower the AIG

The AirShock® Impulse Generator is lowered into the well via hose reel to the treatment zone — whether at the screen, gravel pack, or open formation.

Activate & Pulse

Open the surface gas valve. The AIG automatically fires at 15–25 pulses per minute, generating powerful shock waves and oscillating bubbles that penetrate deep into the formation.

Raise & Restore

Move the tool up through the screen in controlled intervals. Mineral deposits, biological accumulation, and obstructions are dislodged — often restoring wells beyond original capacity.

Shock Wave Generation

Precision-controlled bursts of compressed nitrogen or air create high-energy shock waves that penetrate well screens, gravel packs, and surrounding aquifer zones simultaneously.

Oscillating Bubble Action

Expanding and contracting gas bubbles force water in and out of the formation — mechanically dislodging incrustation and biofouling that chemicals alone can't reach.

Surface Pressure Control

Operators adjust gas pressure from the surface in real time — from 225 to 3,000 psi — without interrupting treatment or pulling the tool.

Chemical Synergy

When used alongside acid or other chemical treatments, AirShock creates vigorous agitation that accelerates incrustation dissolution — dramatically reducing chemical volumes required.
